Representatives of the ASB delivered two tractors and other equipment for agriculture to the Returnee Community Osojane. The group of returnees from Osojane participated in ASB Call for economic strengthening of Returnee Communities. They intent to strengthen development of agriculture in their region and produce more wheat and corn than before. To achieve this, they founded the Agriculture Company “ZZ Osojane”.
The Call for economic strengthening of Returnee Comunitees was an activity prepared for strengthening of Returnee Community Actions within the project „Support to sustainable return and reintegration of IDPs to Kosovo*”. The project, led by ASB Serbia, is funded by the European Union.
*This designation is without prejudice to positions on status, and is in line with UNSCR 1244/99 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence.
